Our support service is available for a fixed monthly charge of £295.00 plus £9.95 per supported device (laptop, PC or server). This includes all the above proactive, reactive, online SITOC connect portal, 365 e-learning and email signature management services.
SITOC support is available for a 90-day trial followed by a 12-month contract
We automatically monitor the number of supported machines each month and adjust our customers support charges -/+ accordingly
